Key Sections of the PrivacyHawk Dashboard

1. • Privacy Score

     • What It Is: Your Privacy Score reflects your current level of online privacy, ranging from 300 to 850.
     • How to Use It:
       • Review your score to assess your privacy health.
       • Follow actionable tips shared in our official newsletters to improve your score over time.
         
         

   • Digital Footprint Section

     • What It Is: Displays the results of email scans for companies that might be potential vulnerabilities found in your email inbox.
     • How to Use It:
       • Review the identified companies found in your email.
       • Use the Reduce My Digital Footprint Tool to send opt-out requests to ask these companies to delete your information or stop selling it to third parties.
         
         

   • Data Broker Removal Section

     • What It Is: Identifies data brokers holding your personal information and tracks removal progress.
     • How to Use It:
       • Use the Remove Me from All button to upgrade your account to Premium or Platinum and initiate removals.
       • View the Processing Tab to track active requests and the Protected Tab to see completed removals.
         
         

   • Unsubscribe Tool Section

     • What It Is: Shows email lists and subscriptions linked to your inbox.
     • How to Use It:
       • Unsubscribe from unwanted mailing lists to reduce spam.
       • Manage subscriptions tied to your email and protect your inbox from further data sharing.

     • What It Is: Provides tools for monitoring and protecting your identity, including alerts, dark web monitoring, and identity theft insurance.

The Menu, located at the top left of the PrivacyHawk app as three gray lines, provides access to essential settings and information. Here’s what you can find:

      • Includes options to:
        • Logout: Safely sign out of your PrivacyHawk account.
        • Delete Account: If you choose to stop using PrivacyHawk, you can delete your account from this section.
          
          

   2. Help Center

      • Redirects you to PrivacyHawk’s comprehensive Help Center for guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
        
        

   3. Contact Support

      • Quickly reach out to our Support team for any assistance or inquiries about your account or app features.
